  • Yes! You should use the same phone number and email every time to ensure points are correctly tracked.

  • You can view your points balance by logging into your rewards account via the NuWu Main Login or NuWu North Login.

  • Yes! You can earn and redeem points at both NuWu Main and NuWu North.

  • You'll earn points for every dollar spent at NuWu Dispensaries, based on the tax-inclusive price it's that simple!

  • You can redeem points at checkout in-store, at the drive-thru, or through your rewards login.

  • No, only one reward can be applied per transaction.

  • You can opt in through the rewards portal or update your preferences in-store.

  • Make sure to check your spam folder and review your rewards profile settings. If issues persist, email marketing@nuwu.vegas to adjust your store preferences.

  • Yes! Log into your rewards wallet and select the interests you’d like to receive notifications for.

  • Loyalty points cannot be stacked with medical, veteran, or other store discounts. However, they can be applied to B1G1 and B2G1 promotions!

  • Yes! You can redeem 1,000 points for a Silver Elite Lounge Package at NuWu Main.

  • Points expire after 365 days of inactivity, so be sure to use them before they’re gone!

  • You can update your contact details via your rewards wallet or in-store just let your budtender know, and they’ll assist you.

  • If something doesn’t look right, contact marketing@nuwu.vegas with your account details and recent purchases.

  • Redeem 1,000 points for the Silver Elite Package at NuWu Main and enjoy Vegas’ OG cannabis lounge with your choice of (1) 1/8th of premium flower & a free NuWu X JBD Bong rental, (1) 0.5g of extract & a free Dr. Dabber XS rental, or (4) premium prerolls.
